I’m Rebecca Burdick. I run service businesses for a living, and for years I was the thing holding mine together — the person every question, quote, and decision ran through. Take a day off and the whole thing wobbled.
So I did what most owners never get the time to do: I built the systems to take myself out of the middle. A CRM shaped to the real work. Automations for the busywork. A dashboard that told me the truth each morning. Processes written down instead of trapped in my head. The business got calmer, and so did I.

How we work
We take a small handful of clients at a time, on purpose. The work is hands-on: we map your operation, build the systems, and hand over something your team actually uses. You own all of it. There’s no lock-in, no proprietary platform, and no pretense that a piece of software alone will fix a people-and-process problem.
