Terms of Service
The terms that govern our done-for-you social service.

These terms govern the social media management service operated by Elegant Basics LLC, doing business as “Aligned” (“we,” “us”) — 315 Lakes Dr, Enterprise, AL 36330. Contact: rebecca@rainsoftse.com.
The service
Aligned provides done-for-you social media management. With your authorization, we create and publish content to the social media accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) on your behalf.
Your account connections and authority
By connecting an account, you confirm you own it or are authorized to manage it, and you grant Aligned permission to publish content to it on your behalf until you disconnect it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts you connect.
Content
You are responsible for approving the content strategy. We will not knowingly publish content that violates any connected platform’s rules. You retain ownership of your brand and content; you grant us the permission needed to publish it for you.
Platform rules
Your connected accounts remain subject to each platform’s own terms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). We operate within those platforms’ official APIs and policies. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, rate limits, or availability, or for actions a platform takes against your account for reasons outside our control.
Fees
Fees for the service are as agreed in your separate engagement or invoice with Aligned.
Termination
Either party may end the service at any time. On termination we revoke and delete your stored connection tokens (see the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages).
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with an updated effective date.
