Data Deletion
How to have us delete the data we store for you.
Effective July 8, 2026
Aligned — operated by Elegant Basics LLC— stores the authorization tokens and account identifiers you provide when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account so we can publish content on your behalf. You can have this data removed at any time.
How to request deletion
Email rebecca@rainsoftse.comwith the subject “Data Deletion Request” and tell us which accounts (or all of them). Within 30 days we will:
- Revoke and permanently delete the stored access and refresh tokens for the requested account(s);
- Delete the associated account identifiers and connection records;
- Stop all scheduled posting to those account(s).
Instant self-service
You can also revoke Aligned’s access yourself directly from each platform:
- Facebook / Instagram:Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites → remove Aligned.
- TikTok:Settings → Security & Login → Manage app permissions → remove Aligned.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Aligned.
Revoking access there immediately invalidates our tokens; email us to also purge the stored records.
